This page explains what happens to the information you send us through roadstead.uk. It is short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Roadstead is a trading name of ASP LLC, in5 Tech, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are a bunker broker and trader. Questions about this policy go to the desk by email or through the enquiry form.

What we collect

• What you type into the enquiry form: vessel name, IMO number, port, ETA, grade, quantity, the payment terms you are seeking, your email address, and any notes you add.
• Server logs created when a page loads: IP address, time, the page requested, browser type and the page you came from. We use them to keep the site running, to limit abuse of the enquiry form and to count visits to pages.

We do not use cookies. There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or trackers on this site. The typefaces are served from roadstead.uk itself, so no font service sees your visit.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We use your enquiry for one purpose: to price it and to reply to you. Correspondence is kept while the commercial relationship requires it, and for as long as accounting and tax rules oblige us to keep records. Server logs are kept for at most 90 days.

Who else sees it

• Our email provider, Resend, which delivers the enquiry to our desk.
• Telegram, which notifies the desk that an enquiry has arrived.
• The supplier we approach for your quote, when the enquiry has to be priced. They receive only what is needed to quote, such as port, dates, grade and quantity.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
