How an order works with us.

    Enquiry.

    Vessel, IMO number, port, ETA, grade and quantity. Six lines in an email are enough to price it.

  2. 02

    Firm offer.

    Price, delivery window, barge or pipeline, payment terms. Valid until a stated time.

  3. 03

    Nomination.

    You confirm the order (the stem), we place it with the supplier and send delivery details to the ship and agent.

  4. 04

    Delivery & BDN.

    The supplier delivers alongside and hands over the Bunker Delivery Note (MARPOL Annex VI).
